FIDES is seeking an Infor Lawson Payroll IT Consultant to provide administration, application support, and end-user assistance for Infor Lawson Payroll systems. The consultant will partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure reliable payroll operations, manage integrations, and support system upgrades and patches. This is a consulting role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administration and application support for Infor Lawson Payroll.
- Monitor payroll system performance and integrations to ensure stability.
- Support bi-weekly payroll cycles from an IT perspective, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related system issues, escalating as needed.
- Perform annual Lawson upgrade projects, including IT-related tasks.
- Apply and test year-end updates, tax patches, and other Infor-released updates.
- Collaborate with HR/Finance teams and provide end-user support and training as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Infor Lawson Payroll administration and support.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, system configuration, and compliance.
- Experience with Lawson upgrades, patches, and integrations.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and end-user support skills.
- Infor Lawson certification is a plus.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
