Payroll Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Payroll Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll processing, with a strong preference for exposure to platforms like Oracle, SAP, or Workday. You will be responsible for supporting accurate and timely payroll execution, ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll activities accurately and on time.
  

• Validate and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  

• Handle payroll inputs and outputs, tax deductions, benefits, and statutory compliance.
  

• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  

• Support audits and respond to payroll-related queries from employees.
  

• Ensure adherence to company policies and data privacy regulations.
  

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Payroll Processing.
  

• Working knowledge of Oracle, SAP, or Workday payroll modules.
  

Nice to Have Skills:

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
