You will be part of the Financial Reporting & Controls team, which is responsible for delivering accurate financials, building a strong financial infrastructure, and ensuring smooth payroll and financial operations. About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist with strong knowledge, or a solid base understanding, of US payroll to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and validating payroll in ADP Workforce Now, ensuring the accurate and timely disbursement of employee payments. You will collaborate closely with the People Ops team to apply payroll instructions and adjustments, while maintaining precise records and data integrity. This role will also support the broader Payroll team on international operations, helping ensure payroll deductions, filings, and reporting remain compliant with local requirements.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate and process bi-monthly payroll for US employees in ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate closely with the People Ops team to capture payroll changes such as new hires, transfers, promotions, pay rate changes, and commissions
  • Maintain payroll processing systems and records by gathering, validating, and inputting data with accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with US statutory requirements for payroll calculations, deductions, filings, and reporting
  • Provide reports to internal stakeholders (e.g., Accounting, Finance) and support audits as needed
  • Maintain internal payroll documentation, ensuring processes are updated and clearly detailed
  • Address employee inquiries in a clear, timely, and employee-centric manner, escalating as needed
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to payroll system enhancements
  • Support the broader global payroll team, providing coverage and assistance on international payrolls where needed, especially during the ADP Celergo implementation

What you’ll need

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in Payroll or a comparable role
  • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge or base understanding of US payroll regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, data validation, etc.)
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to payroll
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a global team
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a drive to understand processes and identify improvements
  • Experience supporting payroll in an international environment is a plus
