As a Project Manager – HRIS & Payroll, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects related to the implementation or optimization of HR and payroll systems. You will ensure rigorous governance, clear communication with stakeholders, and execution aligned with business objectives. You will play a key role in the seamless integration of functional, technological, and regulatory components.
Profil
HRIS & Payroll Project Management
- Define the delivery strategy and structure monitoring mechanisms tailored to HRIS and payroll projects.
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and work plans.
- Lead project committees and coordination meetings.
- Ensure alignment between HR processes, payroll compliance requirements, and deployed technological solutions.
- Oversee delivery activities (testing, training, data migration, go-live).
- Document key decisions, issues, and mitigation plans.
Client Relationship & Functional Coordination
- Work closely with HR experts, payroll specialists, IT teams, and solution providers.
- Gather business needs, clarify requirements, and ensure their accurate translation into deliverables.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
Change Management & Adoption
- Support change management to encourage adoption of new systems and processes.
- Participate in planning communications, training, and support strategies.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in managing HR or payroll technology projects.
- Knowledge of HR processes (employee lifecycle, time and attendance, compensation) and payroll-related legal requirements.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems (Workday, ADP, Dayforce, SuccessFactors, UKG, etc.).
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, human resources, technology, or a related field.
- PMP certification (or equivalent) and/or HRIS training (an asset).
- Bilingualism (French and English) required.
