SAP HCM Consultant – Danish Payroll (Lead Consultant)

📍 Location: Remote (preference for candidates with knowledge of the Danish market)

📅 Start Date: July 1st, 2025

⏳ Project Duration: Until December 2025

💼 Workload: Initially 50%, with the possibility to increase availability after 2 months

💰 Rate: €80/hour

Project Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned SAP HCM Consultant with hands-on expertise in Danish Payroll to join a high-impact project for an international client. The project is in a critical phase and requires someone who can step in with leadership and deep configuration skills to support a fast turnaround.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take part in the implementation of SAP HCM Payroll for Denmark, including Parallel 3
• Troubleshoot existing issues and optimize payroll processes
• Work with GV and Danish-specific payroll settings
• Configure schemas and personnel calculation rules (PCRs)
• Act as a Lead Consultant, working independently and advising the client team

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP HCM
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll, specifically Danish PY
• Strong configuration skills – schemas, PCRs, end-to-end payroll setups
• Experience in 3 implementations, 1 rollout, and 9 support projects
• Proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work with limited guidance
• Danish language skills or previous experience in Danish payroll projects is a plus
