We're looking for a strategic, transformational leader to head our Global Payroll and Payments product that we offer within our Employer of Record (EOR) services, international payroll and expense management solutions, and a growing suite of innovative, tech-enabled payroll and payment solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible not only for operational excellence but also for shaping the future of payroll and payments as a global product offering.

You'll lead a diverse global team of 50+ professionals and serve as a strategic partner across product, engineering, and finance, while engaging directly with clients across 185+ countries.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Lead the global payments and payroll strategy, setting the vision across Employer of Record services, technology innovation, client service, and operational delivery.
- Transform payroll into a product by owning the global payments and payroll roadmap in close partnership with R&D, driving scalability, automation, and differentiated customer experiences.
- Drive global operational excellence in payroll execution, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery in all regions.
- Advise and partner with clients on payroll transformation, bringing a consultative, problem-solving mindset to help optimize their global payments and payroll processing.
- Architect internal transformation initiatives to modernize workflows, integrate systems, and scale delivery through intelligent automation and metrics-driven decision-making.
- Lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational rigor.
- Ensure compliance and risk mitigation, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and regional experts to uphold the highest standards in regulatory adherence.

- A demonstrated history of partnering with clients to enhance payroll/payments/financial services processing, particularly across complex, multi-country environments.
- Proven experience driving internal transformation efforts at scale within fast-moving, global organizations.
- A deep understanding of payroll and payments as a strategic product, not just a process, with experience designing and launching payroll capabilities as part of a broader tech or platform offering. We will require examples of past client engagements in payroll and payments, ideally in high-growth, technology-enabled businesses.
- A strong consulting or strategic operations background, with a track record of data-driven decision-making, KPI management, and stakeholder influence.
- Experience managing global teams, delivering under pressure, and navigating ambiguity with clarity and purpose.
- A passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity.
