Outsourced Payroll Specialist – Remote

This role will encompass end-to-end payroll processing (including PAYG and Super payments), onboarding of clients, reviewing of current processes and system requirements, and end-of-month reporting.

You’re the perfect person we’re looking for if the following describes you:

You have 3+ years of payroll experience that you’re proud of.

You have Employment Hero Payroll (formerly KeyPay) payroll software experience. (But if you haven’t, no worries! It’s not mandatory.)

Your proven experience in payroll process improvements and strong payroll systems background is something you’re ready to bring to a new environment!

You have sound knowledge of payroll procedures, organisational structure, awards and organisational policies (you know, payroll officer thingy?)

Your confidence in client interaction, both internal and external, is exceptional!
