We are seeking a Workday Payroll Analyst to join our growing team. You will work in a fast-paced environment that processes weekly, biweekly and monthly payrolls for multiple companies and locations within the United States and Canada. Essential Duties
- Processing accurate and timely payrolls.
- Submitting wage, garnishment and tax payments in a timely manner in accordance with each agency timeline.
- Responding to incoming emails from employees, managers, accounting departments and HR in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with various audits.
- Completing and processing incoming and outgoing garnishments, support orders and levies per the agency requirements.
- Updating employee's profiles with withholding orders.
Skills and Abilities
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft office applications.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated successful ability to build positive partnerships and work collaboratively with cross-functional business teams.
- Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence, and initiative without daily interaction with management.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of payroll processing experience.
- Experience with multi-state processing.
- Understanding of multi-state payroll and processing requirements.
- Experience with Workday.
This role works remotely, with moderate supervision. With flexible working hours, as long as all payroll deadlines are met. Core working hours are 10am to 3pm Eastern Standard Time.
The base compensation range for this role is $23.75 - 27.95 - 32.13 hourly and eligible for 10% annual bonus. Base Compensation is influenced by many factors including, but not limited to: time in the role, previous experience, skills, knowledge, performance, work requirements, internal equity, and business / economic conditions.
